My observation over years of teaching, consulting, training, and coaching is that most of us really make choices based on how we feel and what we believe. It may be subconscious, but what if it was conscious? What if we were aware of intentionally choosing wholeness? We might check in with our thoughts, emotions, beliefs and values as we make important choices. Tapping in and using all of who we are can lead us to make choices aligned with what holds meaning and a sense of purpose.
