About Me

Experienced. Certified. Supportive.

CR 3.jpg

My commitment is to make a positive difference in the lives of people of all ages.

After a vibrant career as a professional educator for 25 years, I left to explore ways of contributing to the world outside a system that inhibited my growth.  I discovered coaching when it was still an emerging practice, and since then have had many opportunities to travel and teach locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.  Coming into contact with all kinds of people has taught me to see “wholeness” as the most powerful way we can be.

My training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and Center for Transformational Presence have helped me hone my skills and refine my coaching practice.  I have also been certified by Deep Change, Inc and am a trained facilitator through the Center for Ethical Leadership, based in Seattle, WA.  This combination of formal education and a lifetime of experiential learning has taught me that we are here to support each other in becoming more mindful, skillful, and effective in whatever we choose to pursue.

The 3 most important values that guide my work:

  • Meaningful connection

  • Curiosity

  • Skillful support

I am deeply committed to knowing others in an authentic way.  My clients often say, "you get me.”  It matters to me to fully understand and support them in the ways they need it. My curiosity and intuition are my guides.  I am a lifelong learner and continuing to develop my skills as a coach is essential.  Coaching is truly an art.  Knowing that where I stop myself is where I will stop my clients, I am committed to doing my own inner-work as an individual.

What inspires me:

The people I work with. Their willingness and commitment to grow and learn pushes me to grow. I share my stories of a life of exploration and knowledge. I am fascinated by stages of development and states of consciousness and share that knowledge and information freely.

I'm inspired by those who question the status quo and look for potential and possibilities.

I am especially inspired by social visionaries, and the next generation of leaders.
